zued is an AI visibility analysis platform. To do its job, it stores your account information, the URLs and content you choose to analyse, and the responses we receive from AI engines on your behalf. Operational processing takes place in the EU. The sections below explain what we collect, who processes it, and how long we keep it.Documentation Index

Account data
When you sign in, we store your email address and authentication tokens to keep you signed in. Authentication runs via magic link or one-time code. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract).Project content
For each project you create, zued stores the URLs, crawled page content, chunked text, generated prompts, AI engine responses, and analysis results tied to your account. This content is necessary to produce the visibility and coverage reports you signed up for. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.Server log data
Our hosting provider automatically records technical request data (browser type, operating system, referrer URL, hostname, time of request, IP address) to ensure trouble-free operation and security. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). This data is retained only briefly and not merged with project data.Billing data
If you purchase a paid plan, billing details (name, email, payment authorisation, invoice history) are processed by our payment provider on our behalf. We never see or store full payment card numbers.3. Processors and data transfers
zued runs on infrastructure hosted in the EU and uses third-party services to deliver the product:- EU-region database, authentication, and storage provider for account and project data.
- Job-queue and worker infrastructure hosted in the EU for crawling and analysis pipelines.
- AI engine APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity, Microsoft, xAI) to obtain the responses we measure. Prompts you approve are sent to these engines for analysis. Operators are based in the USA; transfers are governed by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- A web scraping orchestrator that dispatches prompts to AI engines on your behalf.
- A payment provider for subscription handling for paid plans.
- An email service provider for transactional email (sign-in links, receipts).
4. Storage duration
Project content is retained for as long as the project is active in your account. When you archive or delete a project, child data is purged on the schedule documented in the product (immediately for projects deleted before your ICPs are confirmed, after 7 days for archived projects whose ICPs were confirmed, with paid-plan slots cooling down for 30 days). When you close your account, we delete all personal data unless statutory retention obligations apply.5. Your rights
You have the right at any time to:- obtain information about your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR),
